Senior (2016-17): One of the Hornets captains capped off a magnificent career by becoming the all-time leader in 3PTs (139) made while also setting the single-season record for 3PT mades (49)...She also set career-highs in games started (29), minutes (30.0), FG/FG% (460/40.3%), 3PT/3PT% (49/31.8%), and points (387)...She joined the 1,000 point with the second best performance in a single-game with 34 points against Averett on Dec. 11...She finished her career 6th all-time on the scoring list with 1253, t-5th all-time in FG made at 460, and 4th all-time in steals with 178
Junior (2015-16): Appeared in 29 games and started in three…Averaged 10.9 points per game and shot 34.1% from the field…Finished the season with 39 assists, 69 rebounds and 48 steals…Posted a season high 19 points twice against Randolph on February 18 and again against Hollins on February 20…Tied her career game high with five steals against Bridgewater on January 16
Sophomore (2014-15): Had an expanded role in the offense as a sophomore, starting in 12 of her 26 games played…Took advantage of the start against Virginia Wesleyan College on February 18, topping her career high with 21 points in the first half before finishing with 27…Set a record with seven made free throws against Virginia Wesleyan in the ODAC Championship on March 1…Had a career-high seven rebounds against Randolph-Macon College on January 6, four of which came on the offensive end…Disrupted the Ferrum College offense for a collegiate-best five steals on December 16.
Freshman (2013-14): Hairston made an immediate impact in her freshman campaign with the Hornets and quickly became a key part of LC’s success… She averaged 10.2 points per game which was third on the team… Led the team in steals per game with 1.6… She also averaged one 3-pointer per game and two rebounds per game.
Before LC: Scored 1,243 career points at Franklin County... Earned WVD Player of the Year honors in her junior and senior seasons... Also earned First-Team All-Region and All-State honors as a senior and was a McDonald's All-American nominee
