University of Lynchburg

Jayla Davis joined the Lynchburg women's basketball staff as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2021.

A native of nearby Hurt, Davis spent the past four seasons playing for Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn., where she was a two-year starter for the Pioneers. She took part in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's "So You Want to Be A Coach" program in 2021.

Davis graduated from Sacred Heart in 2021 with a degree in sport management.
