Aaron Murphy,
Austin Stewart, and
Sean Ahearn. Lombardo found the back of the net for his first goal at 13:48 in the second quarter to give Lynchburg a two-score advantage.
The majority of the second quarter belonged to Roanoke, however, who rolled off three goals in 61 seconds of play to regain the lead.

After the seniors got things rolling in the first part of the game, it was the likes of the younger players who made big plays at much needed moments. Lombardo finished with four goals, McGuire had two goals and an assist, and Willertz scored twice. Senior
Jacob Fuller also added an assist.
