Game 1 Breakdown
- Senior Zack Englemann got the start for the Hornets, pitching five innings before being relieved
- After two scoreless innings, Lynchburg struck got the bats going scoring five runs
- It happened when sophomore Nathan Sharp drove in the first two runs off a single and junior Luke Rodgers drove in one more run off a single
-Shenandoah came back with three runs in the fifth and sixth innings to take a 6-5 lead
- Adding two more runs in the seventh inning gave Shenandoah a 8-5 lead
-Lynchburg tied the game in the ninth inning courtesy of a Shenandoah error and sophomore Chris Blake driving home two runs off a single
-Shenandoah would capture the 9-8 victory off a walk-off singe
Game 2 Breakdown
- Junior David Goulding had one of his best outings of the year throwing 7.2 innings while only allowing two earned runs
- Shenandoah scored two runs in the third inning to take a 2-0 lead
- Lynchburg answered back in the fifth inning when senior Will Hylton singled down the left field line to drive home two runs
- In the same inning, Sharp and Rodgers drove home a combined three runs to put Lynchburg up 4-2
- The following inning Lynchburg scored five more runs to take a 9-2 lead
- RBIs came from senior Ryan Katona, Rodgers, and a bases clearing double from Rodgers.
- Rodgers would bring in two more Lynchburg runs in the eighth inning off another double
- A walk and a wild pitch brought in two more Lynchburg runs to give the Hornets a commanding 13-2 lead
-Shenandoah would tally two runs but it wasn't enough as Lynchburg won 13-4
