Lynchburg, Va. -- The University of Lynchburg men's and women's cross country team and director of cross country and track & field
Mario Wilson are excited to announce the 2025 cross country schedule.
The Hornets begin their 2025 campaign they same way they did last season by staying close to home with the Liberty Opener, hosted by Liberty University, on August 29. Following will be the Adidas XC Challenge on September 19 in Raleigh, N.C.
On October 3, Lynchburg takes a trip up to Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. for the Paul Short Invitational. The Hornets will split the squad for their final competitions of the regular season on October 18, sending some to Roanoke, Va. for the Roanoke Inter-Regional and some to the Connecticut College Invite in New London, Conn.
To kick off the month of November, Lynchburg will head to Bridgewater College for the ODAC Championship meet on the first of the month. The NCAA Regional Championship will take place on November 15 at Roanoke College and the NCAA National Championship will be held in Spartansburg, S.C. on November 22.
