Forest, Va. -- The University of Lynchburg baseball team collected all five major ODAC awards and became the first squad to sweep the awards in the ODAC since 2001 when the Rookie of the Year award was implemented. Additionally, 12 Hornet student-athletes were selected to all-conference teams to lead the league.

The Hornets are the first team to win every one of the five awards since the institution of the Rookie of the Year award in 2001. Prior to that, just two awards were recognized in a given season. Lynchburg's major award winners are listed below:

Travis Beazley - Coach of the Year
Tyler Kaltreider - Pitcher of the Year
Jack Pokorak - Player of the Year
Kyle Flora - Rookie of the Year
Benton Jones - ODAC/VAFB Scholar-Athlete of the Year

Head Coach Beazley earns his first ODAC Coach of the Year award in his third season at the helm of the program. Kaltreider claims his second straight ODAC Pitcher of the Year award. Pokorak, the DIII leader in RBI, is named the ODAC Player of the Year. Both Pokorak and Flora made their marks in their first seasons with the Hornets as Flora was named ODAC Rookie of the Year. Jones, a 2025 Academic All-American, was named the ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete of the Year by the conference's athletic communications personnel.

The Hornets led the league in All-ODAC performers and first teamers. Seven Lynchburg players were selected to the All-ODAC First Team, two performers were named to the All-ODAC Second Team, and three were tabbed to the All-ODAC Third Team. First Team honorees included Tyler Kaltreider, Nick Mattfield, Sean Pokorak, Jack Pokorak, Brandon Garcia, Kyle Flora, and Quinn Madden. Both Colin McGuire and Benton Jones were honored on the Second Team, while Logan Tapman, Trent Judd, and Joe Munitz were slotted on the Third Team.
