Sophomore (2022): Remained at the forefront of Lynchburg women's cross country's unprecendented run of success, racing to All-ODAC and all-region honors to help the Hornets back to the NCAA Division III championship ... Set a new 6k PR at the Paul Short Run Sept. 30 (22:16.6) to finish 57th ... Took third at the ODAC championship meet (22:23.3) as Lynchburg swept the top five spots in the race Oct. 29 ... Ran to fifth at the NCAA South Region championships Nov. 12 (23:14.0) ... Placed 118th at the NCAA championships Nov. 18 (23:25.8).

Freshman (2021): Burst onto the Division III running scene with four top-30 finishes in seven races, improving on her personal-best 6k four times throughout the year ... Helped Lynchburg to an ODAC title with a fourth-place finish (24:17.1) at the conference meet ... Took 11th at NCAA South Region championships (23:24.9) ... Established a new PR Nov. 20 at NCAA championships, taking 188th in 23:01.3.

Before Lynchburg: Regional champion in the 3,200m and all-conference runner for Reagan HS ... Also competed in golf, where she helped the Raiders to a state title ... National Honor Society.
