2015-16 (Indoor): Set a career best in the 60m dash with a time of 7.94s and he placed third running a leg in the 4x4 with a time of 3:40.61 at the Liberty Kick Off meet.
2014-2015 (Indoor): Had a great junior indoor season as he improved in all of his events. In the 400m dash he ran a time of 52.02 at the ODAC championship meet. In the 60m hurdles at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference meet he placed second in the event crossing the line with a time of 8.59.
2013-2014 (Indoor): Had a short season, competing only in two meets prior to the New Year…ran 54.72 in the 400 meter race at Liberty to set a new best…ran the 800 for the first time, stopping the clock at 2:15.39. (Outdoor): Posted another strong outdoor season for the Hornets…finished top three in the 400 meter hurdles at every meet before National Qualifiers, including a silver medal at the ODAC Championships…ran a season best of 15.73 in the 110 meter hurdles at the ODAC Championships, which gave him fifth place…won a silver in both the 4x400 and 4x100 meter relay races.
2012-2013 (Indoor): Took part in four meets, running in long sprints and hurdle events…ran the 200 meter dash in 24.61 at the ODAC Indoor championships…his best 400 time came at the Liberty Kick-Off in 57.20…ran a season best of 9.00 in the 60 meter hurdles at the ODAC Indoors (Outdoor): Competed in only a few events over several meets: 400 meter hurdles, 4x400 meter relay, and the 200 meter dash…had a stellar season in the 400 hurdles, winning the event at the Doc Jopson, finishing second at the Dr. Jack M. Toms, and taking third at the ODACs with a career best of 55.95.
Before LC: Member of the Herndon High School Hornets track and field team for three years…won an individual title in the Concord District and was runner-up in the Northern Region.
