2018 ODAC Indoor All-Conference: Shot Put

2015-16 (Indoor): Set a career best in the weight throw with a distance of 12.06m at the Liberty Kick Off meet. He placed fifth at the Vince Brown Invitational in shot put with a distance of 13.98m

2014-2015 (Indoor): Showed great promise in his freshman season as a thrower for the Hornets. In the weight throw his season best was a toss of 35’6.75” which came at the Captains Invitational meet. At the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championship meet he threw his season best throw of 45’6.5” in the shot put which placed him fourth in the event.  (Outdoor): Continued to show promise for the Hornets in the throwing events. In the shot put his longest throw of the season came at the Jack Toms Open where he hurled the ball 46’1.25”. He also competed in the discus and hammer throw events this season throwing distances of 90’8” and 97’2”, respectively.
