2015-16 (Indoor): Started out strong placing fourth at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational in the 4x8 with a time of 8:16.69. He went on to set high marks in the 800m race with a time of 2:04.34 and also in the mile run with a time of 4:31.66 at the Liberty Quad meet. He competed in the ODAC Championship meet in the 3000m race with a time of 9:39.99.

Before LC: Was a four-year starter for the High School Trojans (VA)… participated in Cross Country and Track and Field…  Honors include Cross Country States 4x800 States
