Biography

2015-16(Indoor): Set multiple career best in the 400m race with a time of 55.84s and also in the 1000m race with a time of 2:53.38 at the Liberty Quad meet, he also set a career best in the mile run with a time of 4:55.45 at the Vince Brown Invitational. He placed ninth at the ODAC Championship meet in the 800m race. 

Before LC: Ran for the Eagles of Landstown High School… Posted senior-year bests in the 800m (2:00), the 1600m (4:38), and the 3200m (10:21)… Set the school record in the 4x800m relay with a time of 7:58 at the Penn Relays.

Personal: The son of Jacquline Macnab…He has one brother
