2015-16 (Indoor): Set multiple career best this season in the shot put with a distance of 13.40m at the Liberty Quad meet and also in the weight throw with a distance of 14.51m at the ODAC Championship meet earning him fourth place. 

2014-2015 (Indoor): In his junior season he continued to improve and score for the Hornets. In the weight throw he had a career best throw at the ODAC championship meet where he tossed the implement a distance of 46’2.75” which was good for fourth place. In the shot put, another career best came at the Vince Brown Invitational where he tossed the ball a distance of 41’8.75”. (Outdoor): During the ODAC championship meet Mike threw three season best distances. In the discus he shattered his career best with a throw of 133’5” which scored points for the Hornets, placing him fourth. In the hammer, his toss of 137’11” was good for fifth place. Mike also threw a career best in the shot put, tossing the ball 42’9.5”. He had his best throw of the season in the javelin at the Jack Toms Invite.

2013-2014 (Indoor): Made great improvements on his marks throwing career bests in both throwing events in his sophomore season... His best toss in the weight throw came at the ODAC championship meet where he tossed the implement 41 feet 9.75 inches... In the shot put his best toss of 39 feet 4.5 inches came at the Liberty Open meet. (Outdoor): Had a tremendous spring, setting new career bests in three different events…his shot put PR came at the Lynchburg Decathlon, reaching a distance of 39’10”…threw the discus 111’11” at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational for his best in that event…the PR in the hammer came at the same meet, with a heave of 136’5”…turned in a season best of 150’1” in the javelin throw at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Open.

2012-2013 (Indoor): Only threw three times during the indoor season, coming at two meets…best shot put was 36’2” at the Liberty Kick Off…notched a weight throw distance of 31’2” at the Lynchburg meet (Outdoor): Threw all of the apparatuses during the spring season, with his best showing coming in the javelin competitions…career best in the javelin came during the Liberty Twilight Qualifier with a throw of 153’4”, which gave him fourth place at the meet…his best in the hammer came at the same meet, with a heave of 111’10”…competed in the Lynchburg Decathlon, and won the shot put event during the meet.

Before LC: Member of the Central Dauphin track and field team…helped the Rams win the District III championship…won the Ned Smith and Track and Field Scholarship.
