Biography

2015-16 (Indoor): Had multiple top 10 finishes this season in the 400m, 200m, and 4x4 races. He placed sixth running a leg in the 4x4 with a time of 3:34.32 and he also set a career best in the 60m dash with a time of 7.42s at the ODAC Championship meet.

2014-2015 (Indoor): The freshman sprinter showed promise for the Hornets in his first season. In the 200m dash his season best came at the Captains Invitational where he ran a time of 25.03. In the 60m dash his season best of 7.53 came at the Darius Dixon Invite. (Outdoor): Showed his promise as a sprinter for the Hornets. In the 400 meter dash his fastest time of 53.76 came at the ODAC championship meet. In the 200 meter he ran a time of 24.33 at the Jack Toms Open meet.

Before LC: Ryan attended James W. Robinson High School in Fairfax, Virginia where he was a part of the track and field team.
