Hornet Men's Tennis Faces Stiff Test against #32 W&L in ODAC Opener

LYNCHBURG, VA – The Lynchburg College men's tennis team battled perhaps the best team it will face all season Wednesday and fell 9-0 to visiting Washington & Lee University in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) opener for LC. The Generals are ranked #32 in the most recent Oracle/ITA Division III poll.

Sophomore Jordan Falinski won five games at #5 singles against his General opponent, and Bryce Barber captured two games at #3 singles.

W&L (4-1/2-0 ODAC) swept the three doubles contests 8-1.

Lynchburg (0-5/0-1) is back in action against Hampden-Sydney College Thursday at home at 3 p.m.
