Ashland, Va. -- University of Lynchburg's men's tennis team dropped its regular-season finale Thursday at Randolph-Macon.
The Hornets (8-9, 5-6 Old Dominion Athletic Conference) fell behind 2-1 after doubles play as senior Nick Savino (Bristol, Conn.) and sophomore Daniel Christian (Jamestown, N.C.) picked up a point at the No. 1 flight, winning 8-4.
Christian won in a tiebreak, 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (9), for Lynchburg's lone singles point at No. 3.
The Hornets will learn their ODAC tournament draw over the weekend. The quarterfinal round is scheduled for Tuesday, April 30.
