Lynchburg enters the program's 17th NCAA tournament with a 14-4-1 record and riding the momentum of a 10-match winning streak. The Hornets took the No. 2 seed into last week's ODAC tournament, ousting Shenandoah and Virginia Wesleyan in the preliminary rounds before clinching the conference title on Luke Mega's overtime penalty kick to top crosstown rival Randolph, 1-0.

The Hornets' opponent, Hanover, enters the tournament by way of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship. The Panthers (13-4-2) defeated Defiance in a penalty shootout for the title. Saturday will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.

Information on tickets and webcasting of the matches will become available closer to the weekend.
