Lynchburg, Va. -- The University of Lynchburg men's tennis team continues their winning ways with a 7-0 victory over Randolph-Macon.
The duo of Levi Vigdorchik and Alex Rintoul defeated Randolph-Macon's No. 1 pair 8-1, Dan Hardy and Shadi Kallel also won 8-1 at No. 2, and Patricio Zepeda and Christian Zepeda completed the doubles sweep, winning 8-3 at No. 3.Â
Christian Zepeda earned the Hornets first singles win, finishing 6-2, 6-2 at No. 5, Rintoul cruised to a 6-0, 6-3 victory at No. 4, Kallel cruised to a 6-2, 6-0 victory against RMC's Fagan at the No. 2 seed, and Vigdorchik clinched the dub for Lynchburg with a 6-4, 6-4 victory at No. 1. Hardy and Patricio Zepeda were ahead in their respective singles matches at the time of the clinch.
Lynchburg (2-0, 1-0 ODAC) will continue conference play at home against Ferrum on Wednesday, Feb 28.Â
