Lynchburg Softball was eliminated from the Old Dominion Athletic (ODAC) tournament on Saturday after a 3-0 loss to Emory & Henry.

Game Breakdown

- After two scoreless innings, the Wasps of Emory &Henry scored two runs in the bottom of the third inning off of a RBI double

- In the fourth inning, Emory & Henry would add another run off of a fielder's choice to give them the eventual 3-0 victory

- It was a joint effort for the Hornets on the mound, junior Conner English got the start for the third game in a row as she threw 3.1 innings before being relieved by freshman Stephanie Hogan

- Junior Skylar Dickens had another strong performance with three hits

­- Freshman Sarah Commons had two hits
