Beach Volleyball Concludes Season At NCAA DIII Small College Championships

Gulf Shores, Ala. -- The Lynchburg Beach Volleyball team played their final game of the season against the Stevenson Mustangs.

The Mustangs ended up ahead of the Hornets in the end, winning 3-2. The Duos of Kailey Keough/Mady Shirey and Jordan Palmer/Sydney Phillips won both of their matches in two straight sets.

The Lynchburg Hornets end their season with an overall record of 13-13 which is an improvement from last year as their record was 10-11 in the 2024 season. The roster will only be losing Sydney Phillips and Jordan Palmer as they are graduating.

The squad was led by outstanding seasons by the duos of Kailey Keough and Mady Shirey, and Amanda Trapp and SJ Yanz.
