Lynchburg, Va. -- The University of Lynchburg women's golf team and director of men's and women's golf
Michael Veverka are excited to announce the schedule of fall competitions for the 2026-27 campaign.
To kick off the season, the Hornets will travel to Granville, Ohio for the Lynn Schweizer Invitational, hosted by Denison at Granville Golf Club. This will be the fourth consecutive year that Lynchburg participates in the tournament. After that, the Hornets round out the month of September at the Tartan Invitational, hosted by Carnegie Mellon in Farmington, Pa. at Nemacolin Resort, from September 27 through September 29.
The women's golf team then travels to Demorest, Ga. for the Chimney Oaks Classic hosted by Piedmont from October 4 through October 6. To wrap up the fall slate, the Hornets will preview the NCAA National Championship course - Kingsmill Resort River Course in Williamsburg, Va. - from October 18 through October 20.
