LC Women Drop Match 9-0 to RMC

ASHLAND, VA – The Lynchburg College women's tennis squad traveled to take on Randolph-Macon College on Thursday in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) play and were defeated 9-0.

Freshman Carter Vaughn battled hard at #3 singles against Olayemisi Ogunshina of the Yellow Jackets, and was defeated by a tough score of 6-4, 7-5. Betsy Stipa collected four games at the #2 singles spot and Kelsey Krisik took four at #5. 

The Hornets (2-6/1-5 ODAC) will look to bounce back when they face off against Shenandoah University at home on Sunday at noon in ODAC play.
