Lynchburg, Va. -- The University of Lynchburg women's tennis team won four matches at the WildCat Fall Invite Saturday.
Ashley Hair and Emma Pinola led the way both winning a singles match and a doubles match.
Hair earned a hard-fought singles decision over her Pfeiffer opponent in three sets. Pinola also defeated her singles opponent from Randolph in three.
Reese McAtee downed her opponent, also from Randolph, 8-5.
In doubles play, Pinola and Hair teamed up against Kristen Colle and Riley Isley from Pfeiffer for an 8-3 win.
The Hornets are back in action beginning Friday, Sept. 22 at the ITA Southeast Regional Championships in Fredericksburg, Va.
