Lynchburg, Va. -- The University of Lynchburg men's and women's swim teams had eight of their student-athletes earn a spot on the College Sports Communicators 2024-25 Academic All-District® Teams, four from each squad.

The Hornets that were tabbed as part of the 2024-25 Academic All-District® Teams were Maximo Jacquet, Miles Fitzgerald, Will Kasemeyer, Erik Witt, Savy Borroughs, Sydney Parrott, Abigail Schneider, and Sophia Schorr.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. To qualify as a member of these teams, a student-athlete must have at least a sophomore standing academically, own a 3.5 grade point average or above, and have competed in at least five competitions or place top eight in the team's respective conference championship meet.
