The 1971 Lynchburg College men's soccer team posted a 14-3-1 record on its way to Dixie Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and Virginia Intercollegiate Soccer Association championships.

Coach Bill Shellenberger earned his second DIAC coach of the year award.
