The Lynchburg women's basketball program's all-time leader in blocked shots, Wesley was a first-team All-ODAC and All-State selection in her career. She also holds Lynchburg's single-season field goal percentage and blocks records and ranks second in career field goal percentage and fourth all-time in points.

Wesley Siler is currently the director of athletic training services at Lynchburg.
