Lynchburg Sports Hall of Fame
A key member of the national championship women’s soccer team in 2014, Dessi Dupuy holds the program record for career points (239) and goals (105), and is tied for 10th all-time in assists (29). She posted 53 or more points in each of her four seasons and ranks 3rd in single-season points with 66. Her goal-scoring consistency placed her in the program’s top 10 all-time each year: 3rd in 2014 (28), tied for 4th in both 2012 and 2011 (27), and recorded 23 in 2013. She shares the program record for most points in a game (10), is tied for 2nd in single-game goals (5), and holds the record for most hat tricks (11). Nationally recognized, she was a two-time All-American, four-time All-Region and All-State honoree, the 2013 All-State and ODAC Player of the Year, 2011 ODAC Rookie of the Year, and a four-time All-ODAC selection. She is also tied for 11th in career goals in Division III history.
