Ashley Palmer Thomasey excelled in the heptathlon, long jump and 400-meter hurdles during her Lynchburg track and field career. She earned indoor All-America honors in 2004 and was named the 2005 Outdoor Female Athlete of the Year. Her accomplishments across multiple events reflect the range of her contributions to the Hornets.
