Lynchburg Sports Hall of Fame
A key piece on the Lynchburg men's soccer team that achieved 17 wins in 2009, a program record at the time, and set the foundation for a national championship appearance in 2010, Josh Reed sits within the top 10 in the program record books for two significant offensive categories. In the fantastic 2009 season that resulted in an ODAC Championship title and an NCAA First Round victory against Catholic, he tallied 17 points on five goals and seven assists. From his incredible senior campaign, Reed totaled the 6th-most points in a season with 31 on 11 goals and nine assists. Additionally, he is tied for 8th on the all-time list for assists in a season with nine. Throughout his collegiate career, he was named to All-Region and All-State teams twice as well as an All-ODAC nod in 2009.
